Omega not only has the moon watches, but also has the space watches. Recently, it launches a special Speedmaster which is inspired by the space watch that is created earlier than the moon watch. In 1962, Walter Schirra wore a Speedmaster when executing the mercury project. This was also the first perfect fake Omega that entered the space. Of course it was called as the “first space watch of Omega”.
Omega cooperated with Metropolitan Museum to create a special edition – Omega Speedmaster copy with black bezel. In addition, a series of the pictures, paintings, movies about the space, moon will be displayed too.
The red-white NATO strap is the highlight of this knockoff watch with steel case, which is also the symbolic color-matching of the Metropolitan Museum. A brown leather strap will be offered to the wearers for different occasions too.
